Five Element Acupuncture works with the subtle energies that flow through the body, mind and spirit to really help you light up your life!
An imbalance in energy flow can show as:

- physical symptoms that won't resolve on their own or that are gradually worsening over time.

- mental/emotional states such as feeling anxious, down in the dumps or easily irritated without an obvious cause.

- a sense that something isn't quite right or that you feel out of kilter but can't put your finger on it.

Symptoms are often a sign that something deeper is going on, like a warning light appearing on a car dashboard indicating low fuel level or a brakefluid leak. If you were to take away the warning light (the symptom), the original problem (the root cause) would remain unresolved and could eventually lead to a more serious issue further down the line.
Five Element Acupuncture aims to address the root cause of the imbalance rather than just alleviating symptoms, assisting the energy flow to return to its natural state of balance and harmony.

Treating the cause supports the body in its role of repairing and resolving physical symptoms, restoring mental and emotional health and facilitating a greater sense of well-being.
I find that this simple approach, based on Natural Laws, has enabled me to support people not only with physical complaints, but also with mental and emotional difficulties.
